1st & 2nd Floor Studios with Sea View
The studios situated on the first and second floor have large private balconies with unique panoramic stunning views over the long and idyllic sandy beach of Lourdas and the Ionian Sea. Their balconies have retractable shade awnings and are furnished with a wooden table and comfortable outdoor chairs.
First and second floor studios are bright, airy and decorated in simplistic style. All the studios are single rooms, meaning they consist of an open plan kitchen and sleeping area. They are not apartments with two separate rooms.
Each studio has a private bathroom with a wash basin, WC, shower with a curtain (for the studios on the first floor) or a cabin (for the studios on the second floor), hot water all day and a small window.
Each studio includes a double and a single bed which are made of sturdy iron-wood material, perfect for a comfortable rest, a bedside table, and wall-mounted lamps.
All studios situated on the first or second floor have a balcony door which leads to the private balcony overlooking the sea. The corner studios have an additional large side window.

IMPORTANT NOTES
Selecting a specific studio of your choice (for example, a corner studio or a studio on the 2nd floor or a specific studio's number) is not possible. By booking a studio on the 1st or 2nd floor with a private balcony, you may be booked into any of our first or second floor studios.
We are an adults-only property, and so people under the age of 18 (infants, children, and teenagers) cannot be accommodated at Rosa's Beach Studios.
No extra beds are available in each studio.
All the studios are single roomed, namely they are not apartments with two separate rooms.
Max 3 adults are allowed to stay in each studio.
Arrival time is after 14:00 and departure time is before 10:00.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted.
