Located on the first and second floor of our complex this type of studio boasts a private balcony of 7 sqm/75 sqf with spectacular uninterrupted panoramic sea views over the long and sandy beach of Lourdas and the Ionian Sea.
Each balcony features a retractable shade awning and is equipped with a wooden table and comfortable outdoor chairs ideal for relaxation or dining overlooking the sea.
All the studios are single rooms, meaning they consist of an open plan kitchen and sleeping area. The private bathroom comes with a wash basin, WC, shower with a curtain (for the studios on the first floor) or a cabin (for the studios on the second floor), a small window and hot water all day is provided.
Each studio features a double and a single bed which are made of sturdy iron-wood material perfect for a comfortable rest, a bedside table, wall-mounted lamps, and a flat screen TV.
Bright, airy and decorated in simplistic style, this studio type features balcony door leading to the balcony overlooking the sea. Corner studios boasts an additional large side window.
A great wealth of self catering facilities is provided, including a dining table with chairs, a small oven, 2-3 hobs, a small fridge, a chopping board, cooking/household utensils, electric kettle, filter coffee maker and traditional espresso maker (Moka Pot). A blender and a toastie/sandwich maker can be provided upon request and availability.
Other amenities include private safety box, folding luggage rack, free wireless Internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, small ironing board and autonomous air conditioning.

POLICIES
Selecting a specific studio of your choice (for example, a corner studio or a studio on a specific floor) is not possible. By booking a studio on the 1st or 2nd floor with a private balcony, you may be booked into any of our first or second floor studios.
We are an adults-only property, and so people under the age of 18 (infants, children, and teenagers) cannot be accommodated.
Max 3 adults are allowed to stay in each studio. No extra beds are available in each studio.
Arrival time is after 14:00 and departure time is before 10:00.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted.
