Garden Studios with Sea View
Garden studios are located on the ground floor of the building and open onto a paved shared shaded terrace with a breathtaking panoramic sea view as the complex is built on a slightly elevated level in relation to the beach.
Each garden studio has an outdoor shaded space equipped with a large wooden table and comfortable outdoor chairs, which is partially separated by panels from the adjacent studios. Each garden studio's outdoor space has unique panoramic view onto the Ionian Sea, and offers quick front access to our shared green lawn setting.
All the garden studios are single rooms, meaning they consist of an open plan kitchen and sleeping area. They are not apartments with two separated rooms.
Each garden studio has a private bathroom with a wash basin, WC, shower with a curtain and hot water all day. Each garden studio includes one double and one single bed which are made of sturdy iron-wood material, perfect for a comfortable rest, a bedside table, and wall-mounted lamps.
All garden studios are decorated in simplistic style. Next to the entrance door there is a large window overlooking our green lawn and the Ionian Sea.
On our green lawn there are sets of parasols and sun loungers which can be used free of charge by all of our guests upon availability and without reservation.

IMPORTANT NOTES
Selecting a specific studio of your choice (for example, a corner studio or a specific studio's number) is not possible. By booking a garden studio, you may be booked into any of our garden (ground floor) studios.
We are an adults-only property, and so people under the age of 18 (infants, children, and teenagers) cannot be accommodated at Rosa's Beach Studios.
No extra beds are available in each studio.
All studios are single-roomed, namely they are not apartments with two separate rooms.
Max 3 adults are allowed to stay in each studio.
Arrival time is after 14:00 and departure time is before 10:00.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted.
