Garden Studio with Seafront Patio I Horizon Sea Views I Ground Floor

Located on the ground floor of the building, this studio features an outdoor seafront shared patio offering breathtaking elevated sea views since the building is sitting on a mini hill a few steps above the beach.

The patio is equipped with a large wooden table and chairs ideal for relaxation or dining overlooking the blue sea and is partially separated from the adjacent ground-floor studios. Additionally, the patio offers direct access and a front view to our well-kept shared seafront garden.

A total of 25 m² (270 sq. ft.) in size, this studio includes an open-plan kitchen and sleeping area. It has a double and a single bed, both of which are made of sturdy iron-wood material, making them ideal for a comfortable rest. The private in-room bathroom comes with a wall/curtain shower.

The small kitchen includes a mini oven with 2 hobs, a small fridge, the essential cooking and household utensils, an electric kettle, a filter coffee maker, and a traditional espresso maker (Moka Pot).

The studio features one main window facing our shared garden area.

This is a private studio in a building. The studios are situated next to each other. Τhe building's outdoor communal area features a downhill natural stone staircase that leads to the main beach road of Lourdas.

• • By booking this studio, you will be booked into any of the ground-floor studios of the building.
• • Booking or selecting after booking a specific ground-floor studio's number of your choice or a corner studio is not permitted.

Important Notes

• • The patio is not private. It is located in the communal garden/patio area (see photo gallery).
• • This studio consists of only one room. Namely, it is not an apartment with two separate rooms.
• • The ground-floor studios are accessed from the same outdoor communal garden/patio area.
• • The photo gallery shown is indicative only. The furniture orientation and colour, and the decoration may be different in the studio that you will be booked in.
