Located on the upper floors of the building, this bright and airy seafront studio is graced with a spacious seafront balcony ideal for relaxation or dining overlooking spectacular panoramic elevated vistas over the glittering Ionian Sea and the lush vegetable gardens that stretch along Lourdas beach.

A total of 25 m² (270 sq. ft.) in size, this studio includes an open-plan kitchen and sleeping area. It has a double and a single bed, both of which are made of sturdy iron-wood material, making them ideal for a comfortable rest. The private bathroom has either a cabin shower (for studios on the second floor) or a curtain shower (for studios on the first floor).

The small kitchen includes a mini oven with 2 hobs, a small fridge, the essential cooking and household utensils, an electric kettle, a filter coffee maker, and a traditional espresso maker (Moka Pot).

This is a private studio in a building. The studios are situated next to each other. Τhe building's outdoor communal area features a downhill natural stone staircase that leads to the main beach road of Lourdas.

Studio's Policies

• By booking this studio, you will be booked into any of the first and second floor studios of the building.
• Booking or selecting after booking a specific studio's number of your choice, a specific upper floor of your choice (for example, the second floor exclusively), or a corner studio is not permitted.

Important Notes

• This studio consists of only one room. It is not an apartment with two separate rooms.
