Located on the ground floor of the buidling, garden studios open onto an outdoor paved shaded patio (shared area) with a breathtaking sea view as the complex is built on a slightly elevated level in relation to the beach.

Each garden studio features an outdoor shaded space in the communal patio equipped with a large wooden table and comfortable outdoor chairs ideal for relaxation or dining overlooking the sea. This outdoor space is partially separated by outdoor partition walls from the adjacent studios. Each outdoor space offers unique view onto the Ionian sea, and boasts direct front access/view to the communal garden area of the complex.

Decorated in simplistic style, garden studios are single rooms meaning they consist of an open plan kitchen and sleeping area. The private bathroom comes with a wash basin, WC, shower with a curtain, and hot water all day is provided.

Featuring one double and one single bed which are made of sturdy iron-wood material perfect for a comfortable rest, garden studios include a wardrobe, a bedside table, a wall desk with drawers and mirror, wall-mounted lamps and a flat screen TV.

Garden studios have a great wealth of self catering facilities including a dining table with chairs, a small oven, 2-3 hobs, a small fridge, a chopping board, cooking/household utensils, electric kettle, filter coffee maker and traditional espresso maker (Moka Pot). A blender and a toastie/sandwich maker can be provided upon request and availability.

Other amenities include private safety box, folding luggage rack, free wireless Internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, small ironing board and autonomous air conditioning.

Next to the entrance door there is a large window overlooking the green lawn area and the Ionian sea.

POLICIES

Selecting a specific studio of your choice (for example, a corner studio or a specific studio's number) is not possible. By booking a garden studio, you may be booked into any of our garden (ground floor) studios.

We are an adults-only property, and so people under the age of 18 (infants, children, and teenagers) cannot be accommodated at Rosa's Beach Studios.

No extra beds are available in each studio.

All studios are single-roomed, namely they are not apartments with two separate rooms.

Max 3 adults are allowed to stay in each studio.

Arrival time is after 14:00 and departure time is before 10:00.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is not permitted.
